  • 1/4 cups Farmer Direct Organic Rolled Oats
  • 1/4 cup Farmer Direct Organic Hemp Hearts
  • 1/2 cup nut butter of choice
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup add-ins of choice


1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until well incorporated.

2. Cover and chill for 30 minutes.

3. Roll into 16 balls.

4. Store in a sealed container and refrigerate for up to 5 days.

You can use different add-ins to create different flavoured bites. Try using trail mix, white chocolate and dried cranberries, or dark chocolate and coconut flakes.
