There's a lot to love about this healthy yogurt dip. It's bright, tangy, and a fun alternative to the usual snack table hummus.

1 cup Farmer Direct Organic Split Green Peas
- 1 tsp. sea salt
- ½ c. plain yogurt
- 1/3 c. packed chopped fresh dill
- 3 Tbsp. chopped fresh chives or green onions
- Juice and zest of one small lemon
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- ¼ tsp. black pepper
Directions
Rinse split green peas and cook according to instructions, adding ½ tsp. salt halfway through, until tender. Drain and let cool to room temperature.
In a food processor, combine cooled peas and remaining ingredients. Pulse to form a smooth puree. Transfer to a serving bowl, garnish with an additional drizzle of olive oil, yogurt, and chopped dill, and serve with crudité and/or crostini or pita chips.
