Dense and earthy Organic Black Beans are a staple in our pantries because they go with so many types of cuisines. Make a large batch and freeze them in smaller portions until needed! Black beans are low in fat, high in fiber, and contain protein, calcium and other vital nutrients.
Black Bean Blender Brownies
Makes 9 servings
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Line a 9x9-inch baking dish with parchment paper. Combine all ingredients except chocolate chips in a blender. Blend until smooth, and pour evenly into baking dish. Top with chocolate chips. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool completely before serving, about 30 minutes.
