A totally snack-able chunky black bean salsa that gets a smoky, spicy kick from chipotle peppers in adobo. You'll want to make a triple batch, because it will be gone in a flash.

1 cup prepared Farmer Direct Organic Black Beans, drained and rinsed
- 2 large slicer tomatoes, chopped
- ½ cup chopped red onion
- ¼ cup packed chopped cilantro
- 2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
- 2 minced chipotles in adobo (from canned chipotle in adobo; seeds removed if you like a more mild salsa)
- ½ tsp. sea salt
Directions
Combine all ingredients and adjust seasoning as desired. Serve with corn chips or tacos
